Shepherd of the Valley Men's Ministries are comprised of two groups: Men's Study Group and Men's Activity Club (MAC). While united in our mission, each group's focus is slightly different resulting in something of interest for every man.
Men's Study Group: meets the 2nd Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the church's Youth Center. All men are invited to join us for fellowship and discussion of men's issues in today's environment.
Men's Activity Club: as its name implies, this group engages in hiking, various sports, trap shooting, and work projects. All men are welcomed. Within this club resides our Habitat for Humanity ministry.
Both men's groups unite for the Annual Retreat each spring at Spirit in the Desert Retreat Center in Carefree, Arizona, an overnight Campout at Lake Pleasant, and hosting First Sunday Breakfast to raise funds for missions.
